Overview

Tiftif is a private reminder platform designed for self-reminders, consent-based reminder notifications, and direct delivery through supported channels. We collect only the information needed to create accounts, verify destinations, schedule reminders, process payments, and deliver reminders through the channels you choose.

Information We Collect

We may collect your account information, including your email address, verified phone number, authentication details, wallet and payment records, reminder metadata, and integration details for services such as Google sign-in.

Temporary audio, image, and video attachments are processed only for delivery. They are deleted after successful delivery or cancellation and are not retained as part of permanent reminder history.

How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• Create and secure your account
• Verify your email address and phone number
• Schedule and deliver reminders you create
• Process credit purchases and wallet activity
• Provide support and monitor abuse or fraud risk

Reminder Content and Media

Reminder content is handled as private user data. Support administrators are not intended to read reminder content during normal support workflows. Temporary media used for MMS or voice reminder delivery is not retained after successful delivery.

Messaging and Consent

By signing up, verifying your phone number, and creating reminders in Tiftif, you consent to receive the reminder messages and calls that you schedule. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS or MMS reminders by replying STOP. You may also disable reminders or remove destinations inside the product.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with vendors and service providers that help us provide messaging services, including communications providers, platform providers, and infrastructure providers involved in message delivery.

We do not share SMS or MMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the Tiftif messaging service.

Third-Party Providers

We use third-party providers such as payment processors, communications providers, email providers, calendar providers, and infrastructure hosts to operate the service. These providers process only the information needed for the relevant service function.

Retention

We retain account, wallet, and delivery metadata as needed to operate the product, prevent abuse, and support billing and support workflows. Temporary delivery media is deleted after successful delivery or cancellation. Users may request deletion of their accounts subject to legal, billing, fraud-prevention, and operational retention requirements.
