Service Description
Tiftif is a reminder platform that allows users to schedule personal reminders and consent-based notifications through channels such as email, SMS, MMS, and voice where available.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, protecting your login credentials, and ensuring that the destinations you use are accurate and authorized.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Tiftif for unsolicited marketing, spam, harassment, fraud, phishing, deceptive messaging, unlawful activity, or any use that violates carrier, provider, or platform rules. Messaging to any person other than yourself must be consent-based and explicitly authorized.
Messaging and Calling Disclosures
By signing up, verifying your phone number, and creating reminders, you consent to receive the reminder messages and calls that you schedule. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help where SMS or MMS is used.
Credits and Billing
Tiftif may use prepaid credits or other billing mechanisms for reminder delivery. Credits may be deducted when reminders are queued, generated as recurring occurrences, or delivered, depending on the feature. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance where applicable.
Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact delivery timing, or delivery through any specific provider or carrier. Reminder timing and delivery may depend on third-party providers, network conditions, and destination availability.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or create compliance, fraud, or operational risk.
